Job Description
Based in USA, the successful candidate will be responsible in the following areas:
Responsibilities
  • To meet / exceed revenue targets as set out by Ascott
  • Drive direct sales through key segments allocated by VP, Global Sales but not limiting to:
    • Corporate accounts and their appointed Relocation agencies and Travel Management Companies
  • Identify potential industries to grow and develop business
  • Build relationships with key decision makers to ensure that Ascott is a preferred choice for their hotel / extended stay programmes
  • Co-drive with global and cluster sales teams to maximize potential of the accounts
  • Participate in and represent the group at related tradeshows, overseas sales trips and networking events
  • Regular business reviews with clusters and cross functional working groups to ensure alignment of sales strategies and processes
  • Well versed in all sales related systems to have the ability to guide / train clusters
  • Keeping up with industry trends and ensuring relevance in our core segments
  • Sales related projects as assigned by VP, Global Sales

Requirements
  • Diploma / Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English
  • 5 years hotel / extended stay market experience in regional level preferred
  • Profound experience in corporate accounts or global sales background will be a plus
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, team spirit and can work under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office system and sales related software and tools
