Job Description
You will support the daily guest service operations in our Hotel. You will also create a pleasant and lasting atmosphere that enables guests' satisfaction and provide a sense of home away from home. You will report directly to the Acting Front Office Manager.
Responsibilities
You will:
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Ensure all guests are attended at the Front Desk
- Issue hotel access key cards
- Attend to and anticipate all guests' queries and needs
- Provide recommendations on nearby amenities, places of interest and assist guests in making travel, tours and restaurant reservation arrangements
- Manage guests' accounts, information and apartment availability in the system
- Perform simple bookkeeping
- Make and confirm reservations
- Respond to all queries through walk-ins, emails and calls and assist with requests
- Handle and record resident feedback and complaints, referring them to supervisors and managers
- Perform related tasks as assigned
