GENERAL MANAGER (must have 2+ years of restaurant management experience)
  • Competitive pay $50,000 - $70,000 with an additional performance bonus program of up to $1,000.00 monthly

Job Type: Full-time ( 45 hr weeks)
Looking for a General Manager to achieve operational results; uphold McDonald's standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness; achieve health department standards; and provide timely
execution of new initiatives, products, and equipment launches. He or she
ensures the financial performance of each restaurant in sales and
profitability within McDonald's norms.

  • Ensure restaurants are compliant with McDonald's and franchise operational and company policies, working effectively and efficiently.

Requirements:
  • Prefered Minimum of 2+ years in McDonalds restaurant management.
  • Hamburger University graduates are preferred.
  • Minimum high school graduate preferred.
  • Must possess a positive "can do" attitude and be able to solve problems.
  • Must be able to work various shifts each day of the week, with open availability and personal transportation.
  • Display a friendly, approachable, and outgoing
  • personality - engage with employees, customers, and suppliers.
  • Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods.
  • Comfortable and familiar with restaurant technology and applications related to purchasing, scheduling, food safety, customer satisfaction, and restaurant operations. Ability to make our guests feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated.
