Job description

SUMMARY
The Service Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for analyzing customer information to make product and service recommendations and provide post-sale support. Follows up on interested parties and assists in closing sales. Makes cold calls and schedules appointments to discover new service and sales business opportunities. Responds to technical inquiries, questions, and complaints from customers to provide the best possible service. Works with departments on assisting with order entry or updates on accounts. This is a hybrid position, two days in office and three days remote after completing the new hire training curriculum. The salary range for this position is, $22.50-$31.43 hourly.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related degree
  • 1 year of experience in sales or customer service

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.
  • Generation of new business
  • Handles inbound service, parts, and accessories inquiries as they relate to sales
  • Handles inbound calls and customer support tickets
  • Provides basic technical support assistance for existing and potential customers
  • Maintains CRM Database for customers
  • Assist customers in upgrading their instrument when found to be beyond repair.
  • Coordinates sales activities with outside sales personnel
  • Leads Prequalification and Follow up
  • Conducts outbound direct sales calls

MARGINAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Identify possibilities for improvement
  • Adhere to ISO processes and work instructions
  • Other duties as assigned

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, talk, hear, and use hands.
