Lazer Food Service Inc. is a family owned unique business that operates cafeteria and vending services in packing plants. We are seeking a reliable, motivated, experienced Food Service Manager for our Huntingburg, IN location.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing preparation of quality food along with proper quantity available per company standards
  • Manage operational numbers such as, sales, food cost, and labor percent
  • Hiring and training cafeteria workers
  • Running daily / weekly computer reports
  • Taking accurate monthly inventories
  • Taking bank deposits
  • Preparing work schedules for employees

Qualifications:
  • 3 years previous experience in food service management
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
