Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Urgent Care (Multiple Locations)
Choose from Altus, Guymon, or Lawton, Oklahoma

Earn $65–$80 per hour working only 7 shifts every two weeks while providing high-quality urgent care in modern clinics with strong clinical and operational support. This opportunity offers competitive hourly pay, productivity incentives, bonus potential, and possible relocation or signing bonus support for qualified candidates.

About Us

Xpress Wellness is a rapidly expanding healthcare organization delivering high-quality, compassionate care through a network of urgent care clinics across Oklahoma and Kansas.

Candidates may indicate their preferred location during the application or interview process. Current openings will be discussed based on clinic needs, candidate availability, and clinical fit.

Schedule

12-hour shifts
7 shifts per 14-day period
Flexible scheduling options available

Compensation

$65–$80 per hour
Productivity incentives and performance bonus opportunities
Competitive compensation based on experience and clinical productivity
Relocation assistance and/or signing bonus may be negotiable for qualified candidates based on location, experience, and business need

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat urgent and episodic patient conditions
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging
  • Prescribe medications and treatments
  • Perform procedures including laceration repair and splinting
  • Educate patients on treatment plans and follow-up care
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR
  • Collaborate with supervising physicians and clinical staff
Qualifications
  • Nurse Practitioner, preferably FNP, or Physician Assistant from an accredited program
  • Active Oklahoma license, or ability to obtain
  • DEA registration, or ability to obtain
  • Current BLS certification
  • Urgent care, emergency medicine, or family medicine experience preferred but not required
