Transport Refrigeration, Inc. (TRI) is hiring a Trailer Technician / Diesel Mechanic to support our growing fleet maintenance shop in Appleton, WI.

Whether you’re an experienced trailer tech or someone with mechanical aptitude looking to start a skilled trade, we offer paid training, steady hours, and long-term career growth.


Responsibilities

  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair trailers
  • Perform brake, lighting, and electrical repairs
  • Complete preventative maintenance (PMs)
  • Repair doors, floors, and trailer components
  • Assist with welding and structural repairs (as needed)
  • Maintain accurate service documentation
  • Keep a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

  • Experience as a Trailer Technician, Diesel Mechanic, Automotive Technician, or Welder (preferred, not required)
