This position is 100% onsite in El Paso, TX. Work at home is not available for this position. 

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities 

Be organized and have the ability to accurately track all components both incoming and outgoing  

Open and manage trouble ticket system for all requests  

Be familiar with safe packing procedures and various shipping methods  

Demonstrate a positive attitude at all times.  

Address and solve technical problems in a timely manner and complete all work assignments within expected time frames.  

Adhere to all work schedule assignments.  

Abide by and support management directives and adhere to all Teleperformance policies  

Qualifications:  

Must have a strong understanding of Communication (Video, Data and Voice) networking components, PC Hardware/Software and Operating Systems.  

One year of Technical Support & Network service experience in a related field preferred.  

Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Products - Excel, Word and Outlook.  

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  

Ability to work independently and multi-task.  

Ability to lift 40 lbs.  

Be detail-oriented and well organized.  

Strong customer service skills, confident at handling escalations in a calm and professional manner. 

Qualifications

Must be able to work onsite in El Paso 

Basic computer skills, and they have to lift 40lbs  

Must be flexible to work any 5 days and any 8 hours  between 9AM-8PM.  

Very good attendance habits.  

Excellent organizational and time management skills.   

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.   

Ability to work independently and multi-task.   

Ability to work in a changing environment.  

*No correction communications in the last 90 days  

High level of expertise in Teleperformance & client policies, tools, applications & practices.  

Strong Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Products - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
