Employment Type: Full-Time
About Praescient Analytics:
Praescient Analytics is a leader in delivering advanced analytic, data engineering, and technology integration solutions in support of the Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community, and federal law enforcement. Our mission is to empower analysts and decision-makers through data-driven insights, enabling faster and more effective mission outcomes.
Position Overview:
Praescient Analytics is seeking a Senior Intelligence Solutions Integrator (Team Lead) to support the Data Capabilities Division (DCD) for an Army contract. This role is critical in bridging the gap between Army Military Intelligence (MI) personnel and technical engineering staff to improve data discovery and information sharing across the Army Intelligence Security Enterprise (AISE).
As the Team Lead, you will manage a specialized team of subordinates while serving as a primary point of contact for bilateral and multilateral foreign partner engagements. You will oversee the integration of intelligence reporting across multiple security domains and ensure the synchronization of data-related efforts within specified theaters of operation.
An active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. Citizenship is required.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination tasks.
  • Bilateral/Multilateral Integration: Coordinate with international partners to identify intelligence architecture gaps and develop solutions for information sharing and system interoperability.
  • Operational Support: Support combined/joint theater operations and Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) by deconflicting intelligence data requirements.
  • Strategic Engagement: Represent Army Intelligence at IC, DoD, and Army data councils, working groups, and partner engagements.
  • Architecture Mapping: Assist in documenting intelligence data flows and translating foreign partner intelligence architectures to facilitate rapid dissemination.
  • Technical Documentation: Draft and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), trip reports, and complex technical briefings incorporating text and graphics
  • VTC Coordination: Schedule and troubleshoot bilateral/multilateral VTCs or teleconferences to ensure seamless analytic exchange with partners.

Required Qualifications:
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance (CI Polygraph eligible)
  • At least 7+ years of demonstrated experience providing data integration support in the form of data governance, data architecture, data warehousing, data quality management, metadata management, data operations management, and data discovery.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated experience leading a team and managing subordinates in an intelligence environment (planning, collection, processing, or dissemination)
  • Experience working directly with bilateral or multilateral partners on intelligence information sharing or system interoperability.
  • Ability to produce professional reports and briefings for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in drafting and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • In-depth knowledge of Army G-2, INSCOM, and Intelligence Community (IC) data-related efforts.
  • Experience with the Army Intelligence Data Platform (AIDP) or similar programs of record.
  • Familiarity with cross-domain solutions and digital content management.

Preferred Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree in a related field with 10+ years of direct industry experience
  • Experience working in Agile or DevSecOps environments
  • Current DoDD 8140.01 (formerly DoDD 8570.01-M) certification - IAT Level II (or higher). Examples Include: CompTIA Security+ CE, CompTIA CySA+, CompTIA Cloud+, GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC), GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).

The projected compensation range for this position is $110,000.00 to $140,000.00 (annualized USD).
What you can expect from us:
  • Real opportunity for career growth in an environment where your achievements will be celebrated
  • Constant collaboration with numerous teams to ensure client success
  • A team that respects and embraces your ideas and expertise
