Job description

THIS IS A NORTH DAKOTA NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.
This ND National Guard position is for a INTELLIGENCE OFFICER, Position Description Number D2616000 and is part of the ND J2, National Guard.Qualifications:PCS STATEMENT: PERMANENT CHANGE OF STATION COSTS WILL NOT BE PAID FOR THIS POSITION.
NDNG Areas of Considerations (T32 Excepted Service)
**Area I: All onboard NDARNG Federal Employees (Tenure 1 & 2)**
Area II: All onboard NDARNG Federal Employee (Tenure 3)
Area III: All NDNG military members
Area IV: All Military Members
Area V: All U.S. Citizens
MILITARY GRADES: Officer (O1-O4)
QUALITY OF EXPERIENCE
Length of time is not of itself qualifying. Candidates' experience should be evaluated on the basis of duties performed rather than strictly on the rank of the individual; however, established compatibility criteria/assignments must be followed. The applicant's record of experience and/or training must show possession of the knowledge, skills and abilities needed to fully perform the duties of the position.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicant mustpossess one year of specialized experience at the GS 11 grade level which includes: 1) Experience in evaluating and recommending changes in methods of intelligence operations; 2) Applies working technical knowledge of DoW, Army, and Army National Guard intelligence related regulations, policies, requirements, and standards to ensure compliance; 3) Utilize pertinent intelligence data and information to prepare clear and concise reports appropriate for a variety of audiences; 4) Assign work in consideration of employee skills and mission requirements.Education:To receive credit for education, you must provide supporting documentation of proof that you meet the education requirements for this position.Employment Type: OTHER
