Day Shift (7:00 AM–7:00 PM)
Every Weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
Work 48 Hours Per Pay Period, Get Paid for 60!

Looking for a schedule that provides consistency, leadership responsibility, and enhanced compensation? Peter Becker Community is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Weekend Baylor Program as RN Supervisor.

This unique opportunity is designed for nurses who prefer working weekends and want the stability of a predictable schedule while earning additional compensation and full-time benefits.

What You'll Bring:

Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) License
Current BLS Certification
Previous Supervisory or Charge Nurse Experience Preferred
Strong Leadership, Clinical, and Communication Skills
Passion for Serving Older Adults
Ability to Lead and Support Nursing Staff During Weekend Operations

What You'll Do:

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the nursing team during weekend operations
• Ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance
• Support and coach nursing staff while promoting positive resident outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians, department leaders, residents, and families
• Respond to clinical concerns and emergency situations as needed
• Monitor resident care plans, treatments, and documentation
• Help ensure continuity of care and operational excellence throughout the weekend

Baylor Program Details:

Work Every Saturday and Sunday
Day Shift (7 AM–7 PM)
Work 48 Hours Per Pay Period and Get Paid for 60 Hours
Eligible for Full-Time Benefits
One Scheduled Weekend Off Per Quarter
Holiday Requirement Only Applies to Holidays That Fall on Your Scheduled Weekend
