Remote LCSW Therapist Full-Time Clinical Social Work Role in Texas
Job Summary
We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote therapy for clients who need consistent mental health support from a licensed professional. This role involves more than holding sessions. You will assess client needs, create thoughtful treatment plans, track progress, and help clients work through issues that may be affecting their relationships, work, mood, behavior, and overall quality of life.
The ideal candidate is a Texas-licensed LCSW who can bring strong clinical judgment, steady communication, and organized documentation to a full-time telehealth role.
Location: Texas
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Responsibilities
  • Conduct remote therapy sessions with clients using secure video technology
  • Complete clinical intake evaluations and ongoing client reviews
  • Build treatment plans that reflect client concerns, goals, and care needs
  • Provide therapeutic support using clinically appropriate methods
  • Recognize changes in client presentation and adjust care plans as needed
