• Develop and maintain comprehensive treatment plans through ongoing assessments and participation in treatment planning meetings.
• Conduct safety assessments, proactively addressing any risks or changes in a patient’s condition, thereby ensuring a secure therapeutic environment.
• Identify and manage risk factors by employing effective screening techniques tailored to individuals presenting with specific needs (e.g., suicidal ideation, self-harm tendencies).
• Complete thorough documentation, including assessments and therapy notes, in a timely and compliant manner, ensuring that records meet all regulatory standards.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to determine patients’ readiness for discharge and facilitate comprehensive discharge planning.
• Engage with clients through one-on-one, group, and family therapy sessions, providing psychoeducation that equips them with coping strategies and enhances their support systems.
• Perform post-discharge follow-ups to ensure continuity of care and support the transition back into the community.

• A master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or a related field from a recognized and accredited institution.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening and empathy.
• Capability to promptly complete and submit required documentation relating to client services.
