General Labor — 1st or 3rd Shift (2-3-2 Schedule) | Quincy, MI

In Quincy, MI, steel turns into the storage systems used in warehouses and facilities across the country. As a General Labor associate, you’ll help support the production of heavy-duty racking and structural steel components keeping materials moving, assisting operators, and helping the team maintain quality and pace on the floor.

This is a hands-on manufacturing role inside a 100% employee-owned facility where teamwork, safety, and strong work ethic matter. The work is physical, the environment is fast-paced, and every position plays a role in building the finished product.
You’ll assist with loading and unloading steel materials, supporting saws and mills, banding and staging finished parts, performing basic paint touchups, measuring components, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Associates must be comfortable working around large steel products and supporting multiple departments as production needs change.

What We Offer This Position
$19.50/hour
1st shift: 6:00 am – 6:00 pm (2-3-2 rotating schedule)
3rd shift: 6:00 pm – 6:00 am (2-3-2 rotating schedule)
Paid weekly
Full-time hours

Qualifications
Manufacturing or heavy industrial experience preferred
Ability to read a tape measure strongly preferred
Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs and working around large steel materials
Ability to use hand tools, grinders, or basic shop equipment is a plus
Strong attendance, safety awareness, and team mindset
Able to stand and move throughout 12-hour shifts
