Job description

WE ARE NEEDING HOURLY CAREGIVERS TO JOIN OUR TEAM!! WE HAVE MANY OPEN SHIFTS AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT WESTCHESTER COUNTY AND THE BRONX! You have the opportunity to leave your interview hired AND with shifts!

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated certified caregivers, HHAs, PCAs and CNAs to join our team at Right at Home Westchester in White Plains, New York. We service Westchester County and the Bronx and are looking for those living local to join us on our team (must be local within Westchester County and the Bronx)!

Caregiver/CNA/HHA/PCA Requirements:

  • 2 years of recent professional elderly caregiving experience working with an agency or in a facility- private duty or DSP okay (if not certified)

  • Current HHA PCA or CNA certificate from NY (preferred)

  • 18+ years of age

  • 2 valid forms of identification

  • Current physical with lab work to include medical physical, lab work (titers), PPD and D/S (performed within the last year)-REQUIRED FOR INTERVIEW

  • Covid Vaccinated (boosters not required)- preferred

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks related to caregiving


Caregiver Benefits:

Caregiver Responsibilities (to include but not limited to):

  • Provide high-quality care and assistance to clients in their homes.

  • Companion care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care services such as bathing, dressing and toileting

  • Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided

  • Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and other caregivers to ensure seamless care transitions

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the delivery of exceptional care
