About Us:
Safety Plus USA, LLC provides professional industrial cleaning, environmental, and maintenance services across municipal and oilfield sectors. We take pride in delivering safe, efficient, and dependable work for our clients. Our team is expanding, and we’re looking for motivated Roustabout Drivers to join our growing operation.

Position Overview:
We’re hiring Non-CDL Roustabout Drivers to assist with pit cleanings, tank cleanings, mowing, and general labor tasks. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, operating equipment, and being part of a tight-knit, safety-driven team. While the schedule may vary based on project demands, employees can expect a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate company vehicles and equipment as assigned.

  • Perform pit and tank cleanings, mowing, and other general labor tasks.

  • Support oilfield, municipal, and environmental projects as needed.

  • Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in clean and working order.

  • Follow all company and site safety policies and procedures.

  • Travel to various job sites as required.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).

  • Prior oilfield roustabout experience preferred.

  • Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.

  • Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to safety.
