At Magical Beginnings Learning Centers, we know that exceptional childcare programs begin with strong, supported leadership. We are urgently hiring a Massachusetts EEC Director II Certified Center Director to join the leadership team at our licensed childcare and preschool center in Wakefield, MA.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Childcare Center Director, Preschool Director, or Early Childhood Education Leader who is passionate about high-quality childcare, staff leadership, family engagement, and maintaining strong EEC compliance standards within a thriving early education program.

Our Wakefield location operates under a collaborative Co-Director leadership model, designed to provide operational partnership, shared leadership support, and sustainable center management. This structure allows our Directors to focus on what matters most: supporting teachers, maintaining regulatory compliance, building strong family relationships, and creating a positive learning environment for children and staff.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a licensed daycare, preschool, or early childhood education center and possess a strong understanding of:

  • Massachusetts EEC regulations and licensing compliance
  • Childcare center operations and staffing management
  • Teacher coaching and staff development
  • Enrollment support and family retention
  • Health, safety, and quality assurance standards
  • Preschool and daycare classroom oversight
