Xpress Wellness Urgent Care and Integrity Urgent Care are unifying under Integrity Care Group, bringing more than 80 locations across Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas together under one organization.

Beginning September 1, 2026, Xpress Wellness clinics in Oklahoma and Kansas will transition to the Integrity Urgent Care name, joining the existing Integrity Urgent Care locations in Texas.

About Integrity Urgent Care

Integrity Urgent Care is a growing healthcare organization delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients throughout Texas.

As part of a broader network of nearly 100 urgent care locations across Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas, Integrity Urgent Care combines local clinical leadership with strong operational resources and support.

Schedule
  • 12-hour shifts
  • 7 shifts per 14-day period
  • Flexible scheduling options available
Compensation
  • $65–$80 per hour
  • Overtime opportunities may be available
  • Productivity incentives and performance bonus opportunities
  • Compensation based on experience and clinical productivity
  • Relocation assistance and/or a signing bonus may be negotiable based on experience, qualifications, location, and business need
Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat urgent and episodic medical conditions
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, laboratory studies, and imaging
  • Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments
  • Perform procedures, including laceration repair and splinting
  • Educate patients regarding treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR
  • Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • Family Nurse Practitioner certification preferred for NP candidates
  • Active Texas license or the ability to obtain one
  • DEA registration or the ability to obtain one
  • Current BLS certification
  • DOT medical examiner certification preferred; candidates willing to obtain certification will also be considered
  • Urgent care, emergency medicine, or family medicine experience preferred, but motivated candidates with applicable clinical experience will also be considered
