The School of Nursing at Cleveland State University invites applications for an Associate Director Graduate Programs from doctoral-prepared nurse leaders interested in shaping the future of graduate nursing education. This role supports growing APRN and MSN programs and emphasizes faculty development, accreditation, and student success in an urban public R2 setting. Located in the heart of downtown Cleveland, CSU offers a vibrant urban setting with strong ties to world-class clinical partners and community organizations.

We seek doctoral-prepared nurses with a proven record in graduate education, curriculum design, student outcomes, classroom innovation, and scholarship appropriate for an appointment as an Associate or Full Professor. This role supports growing APRN (Family Nurse Practitioner, Psych Mental Health Nurse Practitioner) and MSN (Nursing Education, Forensics, Clinical Nurse Leader) with a view towards program specialty track expansion and growth.

This is a 9-month with summer stipend administrative appointment as Clinical Associate Professor (tenure eligible) with an initial 4-year term, renewable annually based on performance reporting to the Director/ Chief Nursing Administrator, School of Nursing, College of Health.
