Job description

The UPS Store in Alpharetta, GA is looking for an experienced and reliable team member to join our store.

We are specifically looking for someone who has previous experience working at a The UPS Store location and is already familiar with the day-to-day operations of a UPS Store.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with shipping, packing, printing, and other store services
  • Process domestic and international shipments
  • Properly pack customer items for shipping
  • Assist with printing, copying, scanning, and document services
  • Handle customer transactions and operate the POS system
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service
  • Maintain an organized and professional store environment
  • Assist with other daily store operations as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience working at The UPS Store is required
  • Familiarity with The UPS Store systems, shipping procedures, and services
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
