Maui Brewing Co. Kailua is looking for top-notch Busser/Runners to join our craft 'ohana!


Job Title: Busser/Runner

Location: Maui Brewing Co. Kailua

Status: Full-Time or Part-Time

Pay Rate: $14.75/hour + tips (dependent on shift & sales)


Summary of Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing the restaurant for service by setting up sections and ensure the dining room is neat and tidy at all times
  • Assist service team by pre-bussing and bussing tables during service and resetting tables and chairs after guests leave
  • Deliver food and drink items to guests efficiently and within appropriate time limits
  • Keep the service station stocked with glassware, share plates, roll-ups, sauces, to-go supplies, straws, napkins, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with MBCR's Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines and local liquor laws
  • Support the FOH team with various tasks like folding napkins, bussing tables, maintaining dining and bathroom areas
  • Follow all health, hygiene, and safety guidelines

Summary of Qualifications:

  • You have some experience as a busser, food runner or server
  • You have some experience in a fast-paced high-volume restaurant environment
  • You are personable, get along great with others and know how to be a team player
  • You have weekend availability (Friday - Sunday)
