Job description

The UPS Store in Franklin, TN is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily operations and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The Assistant Manager will support store operations, supervise team members, assist customers with shipping and business service needs, and help maintain a positive and productive workplace.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding customer service to every customer
• Assist with opening and closing store operations
• Support and supervise team members during shifts
• Handle shipping, packing, printing, mailbox, and retail service transactions
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and inventory levels
• Help train and motivate staff
• Ensure accuracy with POS transactions and daily reports
• Assist the Store Manager with operational and sales goals

Qualifications:
• Previous retail, customer service, or management experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable lifting packages up to 50 lbs
• Experience with shipping or print services is a plus
