Summary:
Cigars International is in search of a dedicated individual with a positive demeanor to join our team as a Bar Back, infusing their strong work ethic and lively personality into the operations of the largest Cigar Bar in the nation. The ideal candidate should bring substantial experience in a high-energy environment, consistently upholding Cigars International's standards for guest satisfaction. As the fastest growing cigar company in the country and a premier online and direct marketer of fine cigars, premium pipe tobacco, luxury gifts, and accessories, we are excited to welcome an enthusiastic addition to assist our Bar Staff in day-to-day activities.
What can you expect in as a Bar Back at Cigars International?
  • Maintain fully stocked ice bins, liquor wells, and beer coolers for the bartenders.
  • Support cocktail servers by clearing tables.
  • Assist in trash and recycling disposal as required.
  • Communicate potential issues to the Manager on Duty.
  • Aid in managing unruly patrons when necessary.
  • Rotate kegs as needed.
  • Contribute to the bussing, cleaning, and stocking of glassware.
  • Keep the sales and service floor free from debris.
  • Uphold cleanliness standards throughout the facility.

  • Preferred minimum of one year's experience in the Bar/Restaurant industry.
  • Comfortable lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

  • Capability to walk, stand, and frequently handle heavy items within a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Availability to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
