Retail Sales Associate – The UPS Store (Customer Service, Shipping & Printing)

Locations: Multiple openings across Long Island and NYC
Pay: $17 - $20/hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Schedule: Must be available to work Monday–Sunday

We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and motivated Retail Sales Associates to join our multi-location team on Long Island and in New York City.


What You’ll Do
  • Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, professionalism, and care

  • Provide accurate information about our shipping, packing, printing, and mailbox services

  • Prepare shipments, pack items securely, and complete accurate shipping documentation

  • Operate store systems and printing equipment to deliver high-quality results

  • Handle mail and packages efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

  • Keep the store clean, organized, and safe at all times

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals and sales targets

  • Participate in ongoing training to grow within our multi-location organization
