We are at the forefront of developing cutting-edge inverter and AI technology to meet the growing demand for efficient and sustainable energy solutions. As a key player in the industry, we are seeking a talented and experienced Inverter Control Board Engineer to join our team.

Job Summary: As an Inverter Control system Design Engineer, you will be responsible for the hardware design, firmware development, product testing, certification, and optimization of inverter control system around our patented technology. You will require a strong background in electronics, control systems, and power electronics especially with high performance, high voltage DC to AC converters for Grid and Off Grid applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Inverter Control system Design: Design and develop inverter control circuit using MCU, DSP, IOT, current sensors, voltage sensors, thermal sensors, Display, etc. considering specifications, performance requirements, and cost constraints.

Algorithm Development: Develop control algorithms and implement and test control algorithms using simulation tools and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) setups.

Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing and validation of inverter control boards to ensure compliance with industry standards and performance specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing, collaborating with the testing and quality assurance teams.

Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals, to facilitate seamless manufacturing and system integration processes.

Collaboration and Communication:

Overall: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and contribute to overall system design. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders to provide updates on project status, challenges, and solutions.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s/master’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in designing and developing inverter control boards for Solar, EVG or UPS Industry. Proficiency in control systems theory, power electronics, and hardware design, and experience with simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink) and hardware-in-the-loop testing will be important considerations too. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
