Keep the frozen supply chain moving—one precise move at a time

If you love clear processes, accurate counts, and the hum of a well-run dock, this role is built for you. You’ll be the point person for verifying inbound freight, preparing outbound orders, and maintaining flawless records inside a fast-paced, cold storage operation.

What you'll do
  • Pick, pack, and label outbound shipments with accuracy.
  • Operate sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners; safely load/unload trailers.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy in WMS; keep locations stocked and organized.
  • Receive products, reconcile with purchase orders in AS400 or other MRP tools, and inspect for damage/variance.
  • Update the warehouse distribution system with shipping/receiving details and order status.
  • Use order pickers and RF devices to hit tight delivery windows.
  • Package goods for frozen transit per company and safety standards.
  • Coordinate carrier pick-ups/deliveries to support on-time performance.
  • Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with inventory control to optimize stock and accuracy.
What you bring
  • Warehouse distribution experience with WMS; strong shipping & receiving background.
  • Forklift (sit-down), reach truck, pallet jack, and RF scanner proficiency.
  • Order fulfillment know-how: picking, packing, stocking, loading/unloading.
  • Understanding of e-commerce logistics and packaging needs.
  • Comfort with basic math for counts, dimensions, and weights.
  • Experience with MRP systems like AS400.
  • Detail-focused and effective in fast-paced environments.
  • Scanning and basic computer skills.
  • Sit-down forklift certification and experience.
  • Ability to work in a cold freezer environment and load trucks.
  • Willingness to work at least two Saturdays per month.
  • Bilingual communication is preferred.
