Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician with strong plumbing experience to support commercial and mixed-use properties throughout the Phoenix area. This role is 100% hands-on. The ideal candidate personally performs repairs and maintenance and does not outsource or manage vendors.
If you're the type who grabs your tools and fixes the problem yourself, this role is for you.
Must-Have Experience (Plumbing Focus)
Candidates must have solid, working knowledge and hands-on experience with:
  • Plumbing leak detection and repairs
  • Faucet repairs and replacements
  • Slab leaks
  • Jetting and drain line cleaning
  • Drain line camera inspections
  • Re-pipes
  • Water heater repairs and replacements
  • Water softeners and filtration systems
  • Grease trap and interceptor repair/replacement
  • Interior and exterior plumbing leaks

No vendoring - all work is performed in-house by the technician.
