Positions can range from drone pilots and technicians to operational planners and regulatory specialists.
As a UPS Flight Forward team member, your daily responsibilities may include preparing and executing cargo transport flights (either piloted or remotely operated), monitoring shipment status and delivery schedules, ensuring all safety and regulatory protocols are followed, and completing routine pre- and post-flight inspections. Effective communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure distinguish outstanding team members. These capabilities are crucial to ensure safe, timely, and efficient operation of autonomous or crewed air cargo deliveries within a complex logistics network.
