Job description

Talento Search Group has an opening for a Field Service Engineer in the Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio area. This is a direct-hire position. This is a 1st shift position with a schedule from Monday-Friday. This position will require travel and overnight stays; travel up to 30%. Yearly compensation range is $70,000-90,000 per year, depending on experience.
*Duties & Responsibilities:*
* Program PLC's and HMI's
* Test and debug equipment before shipping to customer
* Set up and configure drives
* Support commissioning of systems and support start-ups at client facilities
* Prepare and update documentation
* Perform customer support activities including diagnosing and repairing machinery, in-house technical support, onsite field service, and customer training
*Experience Needed:*
* At least 5 years of hands-on experience with automation systems for industrial process control
* Experience with PLC's, HMI's, and drive systems
* Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred
* Willingness to travel domestic and international - about 30%
