Outside Sales Representative – Salary + Commission

Garcia Roofing is hiring Outside Sales Representatives to handle residential roof repair and replacement sales. This position combines a base salary with commission and is intended for individuals who want steady income while building long-term earning potential through performance.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: Salary + Commission.
  • Vehicle Allowance: $500/month for using your own approved vehicle.
  • Proven earning potential: Selling just one average roof per week typically results in $70K–$80K annually; top performers regularly earn $100K–$150K+

What You’ll Do

  • Inspect residential roofs and identify repair or replacement needs
  • Measure roofs and prepare estimates using company systems
  • Meet with homeowners to explain scope of work, pricing, and project expectations
  • Project manage jobs you sell, serving as the primary point of contact for customers through completion
  • Assist with operational needs during off seasons, including (but not limited to) project management support, material coordination, and jobsite assistance as needed
  • Perform door-to-door canvassing during off periods to generate leads
  • Maintain accurate notes, updates, and documentation in the CRM
