Pay & Schedule- Starting pay is $145 per day
- Paid on a per-day rate
- Daily rate applies regardless of route length
- Paid weekly every Friday via ADP Payroll

This role involves delivering packages across rural and semi-rural areas, including two-lane highways. Routes are typically located between the Baton Rouge station listed above and Jackson, LA, primarily along LA-19 and U.S. 61.

- Must be proficient in English
- Able to lift up to 49 lbs and handle heavier packages up to 150 lbs using a dolly
- Comfortable driving long hours and on two-lane rural highways

- Saturday availability is preferred and may be required based on business needs
- Active FedEx badge is preferred but not required
