About the role

As a CDL Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate, you will be at the forefront of logistics, ensuring that our valued customers receive their products safely and on time. You will start each day by preparing shipments and ensuring that all products are accurately packed for delivery. Your role involves loading and unloading trucks, meticulously checking inventory for accuracy, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. You will also navigate local routes, delivering supplies to our customers with a strong focus on safety and punctuality. Communicating effectively with team members and clients will be essential as you address any concerns and solve logistical challenges. What you'll do
Delivery & Driving:
  • Load and secure deliveries on Eastern vehicles for safe transport.
  • Deliver orders to local customers and other Eastern Distribution Centers.
  • Maintain real-time communication with supervisors via phone & GPS.
  • Inspect and ensure proper working condition of delivery trucks.

Warehouse & Material Handling
  • Receive and inspect materials from Motor Freight Carriers, UPS/FedEx, and customer returns.
  • Accurately pull and stage orders for shipment using forklifts or order pickers.
  • Ensure items are packaged securely and labeled correctly.
  • Complete shipping documentation and system entries while maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications
  • Experience & Education - High school diploma/GED, 18+ months of CDL driving experience, and 6+ months of warehouse, forklift, or order fulfillment experience.
  • Licenses & Certifications - Valid CDL Class A or B License and Medical Certificate/Health Card per FMCSA regulations.
  • Location - Must live within a reasonable commuting distance. This is an on-site position-no remote work.
  • Physical Requirements - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, crouch, kneel, and balance as needed.
  • Other Qualities - A clean driving record and a positive attitude are a must!
