Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking a Digital Data Analyst to support insights generation for digital experiences. The role involves collaborating with the data team to deliver insights and utilizing various MarTech applications to analyze customer and network data for improving digital experiences.
Responsibilities:
• This position will create, maintain, and publish & share insight dashboards using various tools.
• He/She will be using applications such as Web Analytics, Fullstory, Qualtrics, Data Warehouse to investigate potential issues and gaps, and report back using most applicable presentation tools.
• This candidate needs to use data analytics & modeling skills to analyze digital, operational, session replay, VOC, customer call center, and other data sources to deliver Insights that will improve digital experiences at UPS.
• He/She will need to understand how audiences are created in Adobe Audience Manager (DMP), and how to leverage these audiences for robust Insights.
• This candidate will also need to use a website debugger to analyze the tagging on ups.com, for troubleshooting and analytics planning.
• Identify and work with all affected groups and functions to support project impact
• Research trends and best practices; develop industry knowledge and expertise
• Makes decisions about prioritizing or planning own work
• Technical Problem Solving and Analytical Processes
• Maintains and applies specific knowledge of information systems elements
Qualifications:
Required:
• 4 Years of experience required
