Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Counter Sales Associate to join our team in Forest Park, GA. As a Counter Sales Associate, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our valued customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to help customers make informed decisions
  • Handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Restock merchandise and assist with inventory management
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive shopping environment
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications
