Are you a new or upcoming graduate looking to bypass the standard "med-surg" route? Step directly into a high-acuity specialty. As an Acute RN with DaVita, you won't just be a nurse; you'll be the dialysis expert in the hospital. You will work autonomously across the ICU, CCU, and ED, and other acute care settings collaborating with hospital intensivists and rapid response teams to provide life-saving care for patients with acute and end-stage renal disease.

What You'll Do:

  • Specialized Critical Care: Deliver advanced inpatient therapies including Hemodialysis, CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy), and Apheresis.
  • Collaborative Autonomy: Act as the subject matter expert while working alongside hospital multidisciplinary teams to adjust treatments and ensure top-tier quality outcomes.
  • Dynamic Environment: No two days are the same-rotate between premier hospital partners in the Columbus area and gain exposure to a variety of clinical units.

  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN).
  • Licensure: Active Ohio RN license (or eligible to sit for the NCLEX).
