Be part of a young and dynamic team now! The Manoir de l'Arbre argenté is more than a residence for the elderly, it is a place where life is good and where one can fulfill oneself as an individual! Under the authority of the director, the incumbent performs nursing care for residents. In the absence of management, he is responsible for the operation of the residence. He is responsible for the attendants to the beneficiaries and must inform them of any change concerning the residents. Mandatorily and at all times, he must work as a team with other work colleagues. The incumbent must inevitably behave respectfully with the residents as well as with the other members of the work team. In addition, the incumbent will ensure that the values of the company are an integral part of its tasks. DESCRIPTION OF TASKS Welcoming new residents (long term and convalescence) Ensures that data collections are up to date Answering the phone (from 7.15 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 4.15 p.m.) Responsible for the medical component (reference) Follow up on medication administration forms (FADM) Prepares medical visits (records and doctor's appointment sheet) Responsible for monitoring the physical condition of residents and must communicate any abnormal changes to the doctor when deemed necessary In concert with management, initiate the process of relocating residents when services are exceeded and notify the social worker and the CLSC Provide care to all residents Follow up on medical records and keep them up to date Ensure care plans are up to date Work in collaboration with CLSC professionals: Regularly check emergency kits and make sure the contents are not expired All other related tasks Additional instructions Schedule: 7:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
