Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Wire EDM Set-Up & Operator to support precision manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for setting up, programming, and operating Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) equipment to produce high-quality parts used by toolmakers and designers. Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, experience with precision machining, and a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and program Wire EDM machines for precision part production
  • Ensure proper machine functionality and optimal performance
  • Monitor EDM machining processes to maintain quality and efficiency
  • Measure and document part dimensions to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Inspect finished products to verify specifications and tolerances
  • Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments
  • Maintain accurate production and inspection records
  • Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
Qualifications
  • Experience with Wire EDM setup and operation required
