Project Oversight: Supervise and participate in construction projects, ensuring structures are built according to blueprints and specifications, and completed on schedule and within budget. 
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of carpenters, unskilled workers, and subcontractors, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and resolving on-site challenges. 
Technical Execution: Perform advanced carpentry tasks including framing, joinery, measuring, cutting, and assembling materials accurately.
