Short-Term Level Designer / World Designer - Unreal Engine 5
Remote | Approximately 4-Week Engagement
Snail Games USA is looking for experienced Level Designers / World Designers for a short-term engagement supporting For the Stars, an Unreal Engine 5 game currently in development.
This is a hands-on Unreal Engine 5 role. Designers are expected to build and iterate directly in-engine, working from established product pillars and technical constraints to create playable spaces and experiences.
What We're Looking For
  • Professional level design or world design experience.
  • Strong hands-on Unreal Engine 5 experience.
  • Ability to independently turn broad direction into playable content.
  • Strong spatial design, player flow, pacing, and gameplay judgment.
  • Comfortable working directly with existing systems and assets.
  • Blueprint or light scripting experience is helpful.
  • Portfolio or shipped work showing implemented game content.

Engagement
  • Initial engagement expected to last approximately four weeks.
  • Remote work is supported.
  • Work will be reviewed at defined milestones.
  • Engagement structure will depend on location and individual business/employment circumstances and will be established in compliance with applicable requirements.
