  • Experience within the data center, semiconductor, or high-value hardware industry, managing complex and high-stakes physical inventory.

Responsibilities
  • Architect the foundational transportation planning infrastructure to generate high-fidelity forecast signals, enabling the creation of multi-year strategies across our network of Warehouses, Data Centers, Suppliers, and Contract Manufacturers (CMs).
  • Develop, manage, and continuously improve predictive models used to forecast long-range capacity requirements, deliberately layering in complex network and sourcing strategies.
  • Provide strategic insights derived from these forecast signals to directly shape transportation operations, including developing milk run strategies, executing carrier capacity planning, and right-sizing the dedicated fleet.
  • Establish and lead monthly forecast reviews and a recurring planning cadence with cross-functional partners (Transportation Operations, Sourcing, Finance), communicating assumptions, risks, and strategic recommendations to achieve consensus on the network roadmap.
  • Author compelling business cases, rooted in capacity forecast data and ROI analysis, to secure critical transportation infrastructure investments and support the annual and quarterly budgeting cycles.
