Position Summary
Gastroenterology Hospitalist
The Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) is seeking a Gastroenterology Hospitalist to join our established and respected team. This role is ideal for a motivated physician who values collaboration, teaching, and providing the highest quality care to patients.

- Subspecialty Support - Access to subspecialists in Advanced Endoscopy (EUS/ERCP), IBD, hepatology, motility and nutrition support.
- Collaborative Team - Partner with GI Fellows to run the GI Inpatient Consult Service.

The ideal candidate must be an MD/DO, MD/PhD (or equivalent degree), board certified/board eligible in gastroenterology, and possess outstanding communication skills to collaborate with consulting physicians and hospital leadership.
