6:00AM until finished or 8:00PM until finished / Schedule set at time of hire

Capstone is looking for Warehouse Unloaders who are dependable, energetic, and ready for hands-on work. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and wants the opportunity to earn more through strong productivity.
As an Unloader, you'll work as part of a team receiving freight and getting products ready to move through the distribution center. The job is fast-paced and physically demanding, so we're looking for people who are comfortable working on their feet and handling freight throughout their shift.
No previous warehouse experience? That's okay. We provide training for motivated candidates who are ready to learn.
What You'll Do
Your primary responsibility will be unloading incoming freight efficiently and safely. Your day may include:
  • Unloading boxes and merchandise from trailers
  • Moving freight from trailers to designated areas
  • Sorting and organizing products as they are unloaded
  • Building and stabilizing pallets
  • Preparing freight for the next stage of the warehouse process
  • Checking products and quantities for accuracy
  • Keeping your work area organized and free of hazards
  • Working with teammates to meet daily production goals
  • Following all company safety procedures
  • Taking on additional warehouse duties as needed

  • Comfortable performing physical work for an entire shift
  • Able to repeatedly lift and move 25-75 lbs.
  • Comfortable bending, reaching, standing, walking, and lifting
  • Able to work at a consistent pace in a busy warehouse
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Previous warehouse, unloading, distribution, or material-handling experience is helpful
