Looking for a new opportunity as a Warehouse Loading/Unloading Associate? The SIMOS team is currently hiring for full-time, long-term warehouse/distribution lumper positions. As a SIMOS associate, you will receive health/dental benefits within the first 30 days, paid time off, and weekly paychecks!

Shift Information: (Must be open to overtime, including Weekends)

1st Shift:

  • Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm
  • Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
  • Tuesday-Saturday, 9:00am-5:30pm
  • Tuesday-Saturday, 10:00am-6:30pm

Job Responsibilities

As a Loading/Unloading Associate, you'll be responsible for "lumping", which involves loading and unloading heavy bulk items. You must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and have up to one year of experience in a similar role. Need to be able to read paperwork on how many cartons per pallet along with separating sku's per pallets and stacking cartons correctly on each pallet. Loaders need to be able to read labels to load in the correct doors.

  • This position requires reaching overhead, twisting, turning, and squatting.
  • Operate a LRT/RF gun as needed.
  • Operate equipment safely and to exception, as needed.
  • Employee must always maintain a work-area and environment that is free of plastic, paper, corrugate, damaged materials, and other debris, to help maintain a safe working environment.
  • Stack and palletize non-perishable bulk products
  • Push and pull carts up to 100lbs solo
  • The warehouse is a high-traffic area and employees must be able to work independently while remaining focus
  • Must be able to lift 70lbs solo and up to 150 as a team
  • Zero tolerance for cellphones on the floor
  • Non-climate control building
  • Inspect and pack merchandise using packaging materials to complete customer orders
  • Load and unloads trucks
  • lifting or maneuvering 70-150 pounds
  • Visual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions
  • Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic
  • Ability to coordinate maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace
  • Ability to utilize personal protective equipment, which may include gloves, safety harnesses, and safety shoes
  • Flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $15.92 - $15.92 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
