Truck Unload And Replenishment Prep Outfitter

The Truck Unload and Replenishment Prep Outfitter drives store efficiency by managing the receiving dock and staging merchandise with precision. This role focuses on unloading freight safely, pulling replenishment items accurately, and staging inventory by department. Your work directly prepares the merchandise for the overnight task team so they can work without delays. Success in this role requires attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Essential Functions:

  • Supports a strong commitment to world-class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Unloads incoming delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Sorts mixed freight by department to speed up handling and streamline stocking.
  • Maintains inventory accuracy through systemic replenishment.
  • Inspects incoming cartons for damage and reports discrepancies.
  • Pulls accurate systemic replenishment merchandise and stages for overnight task team to stock.
  • Ensures all staged carts, pallets, and racks are stable and clearly labeled.
  • Maintains Receiving area layout as set by the Base Camp.
  • Interacts with other outfitters and customers in a friendly, positive and professional manner.
  • Communicates inventory flow needs clearly with the overnight task team.
  • Keeps work area clean, neat and safe.
  • Follows all Company policies and procedures.
  • Remains knowledgeable of advertised sales and seasonal demands.
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience/Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:

  • Ability to perform simple math (arithmetic, subtraction, multiplication).
  • Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers.
