Essential Duties
  1. Provide clerical and administrative support to the Health Science Professions department.
  2. Assist students, faculty, staff, and visitors by answering questions and directing inquiries.
  3. Prepare, scan, file, copy, and maintain departmental records and documents.
  4. Perform data entry and maintain information in university systems and databases.
  5. Assist with departmental communications, special projects, events, and daily office operations.
  6. Pick up and distribute departmental mail and materials.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • Regular admission to an Angelo State University graduate degree or certification program.
  • Must maintain enrollment in graduate coursework during each term of appointment.
