Qualifications:

  • Prior cashier experience preferred.

  • Knowledge of and experience in food preparation preferred.

  • Proven experience working in high-volume Food and Beverage operations preferred.

  • Basic math and computer skills.

  • Ability to stand for long periods.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Excellent guest service skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally with team members, leaders and guests required.

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Collects monies due or applies charges to credit card or guest account using POS terminal.

  • Responsible for providing prompt, efficient and professional food and beverage service with a working knowledge of cash handling, inventory and food preparation procedures.

  • Maintains current knowledge of all menu offerings, to include ingredients, preparation method, presentation, appearance and time required.

  • Monitors guests at all times, anticipates needs, responds to requests, ensures satisfaction.

  • Other duties as assigned.
