- 5+ years experience in Cisco UC Manager / Call Manager (CUCM).
- 5+ years experience in Cisco Unity / Cisco Unity Connection (CUC).
- 3+ Cisco IM & Presence Server (IM&P) / Cisco Jabber.
- 3+ years experience in Cisco Contact Center UCCX or UCCE.
- 3+ years experience with Cisco Webex Cloud technology WxC and WxCC.
- Experience with Calabrio Call recording.
- Experience with Voice IOS Gateways with H.323, MGCP.
