• Operate within a telehealth framework to provide individual and family counseling for clients facing diverse challenges, such as mental health crises or systemic barriers.
• Facilitate crisis intervention, including risk assessments and safety planning for clients experiencing immediate dangers or distress.
• Coordinate with community agencies and organizations, significantly enhancing client access to additional necessary resources and services.
• Engage actively in community outreach initiatives to promote awareness of available services, contributing to an informed and connected community.

The LCSW at Unity Support Services will primarily work with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds experiencing substantial life challenges. These include but are not limited to those affected by homelessness, mental health issues, domestic violence, or substance abuse problems. Your work will significantly impact clients by enabling them to access critical resources, improving their resilience and overall well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong understanding of social issues, community dynamics, and trauma-informed care principles is essential.
• Exceptional communication skills, with an emphasis on cultural competence and problem-solving abilities.

• Previous experience working in a social service agency or related clinical setting is highly advantageous.
