The Campus Worship Leader/Pastor serves as the primary worship leader for the West Palm Beach campus, guiding the congregation into the presence of God both pastorally and musically. This role contributes to and supports Journey Worship's central mission by leading worship services, developing volunteer teams, and partnering closely with campus and central leadership to create presence-driven worship environments.
