Work Environment

This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to fulfill your duties from the comfort of your home while maintaining the flexibility to manage your work-life balance. Regular working hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments for elderly residents to identify individual care needs and create personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide both individual and group counseling sessions aimed at addressing emotional challenges related to aging, loss, and life transitions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that enhance the quality of life for geriatric residents.
